01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 92r6 (hereinafter "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services offered through the 92r6 website located at 92r6.bet ("the Site").

The 92r6 platform provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and related gaming entertainment services to eligible players. By accessing any part of the Site, whether as a registered user or a visitor, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 92r6 services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one account on 92r6. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

By registering on 92r6, you confirm and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You meet all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You consent to 92r6 conducting identity and age verification checks using the information provided.

92r6 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92r6 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your 92r6 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 92r6 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92r6 support immediately via the live chat facility available on-site. 92r6 will take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation.

05 Platform Use & Conduct

By using the 92r6 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with 92r6 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 92r6 platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by 92r6.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to mask your true location or identity.

92r6 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts found to be engaging in any of the above behaviours will be suspended immediately pending investigation, with balances frozen during the review process.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 92r6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or Monster Dice. These product-specific rules are published within each product section of the platform and form part of this agreement by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all 92r6 products:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a clear confirmation notification from the platform. Unconfirmed bets are void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each product carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of placing a bet or wager. These limits may be adjusted by 92r6 at any time.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes, 92r6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: Live betting markets on Pakistan Super League fixtures and international cricket matches are subject to suspension during key game events (wickets, power plays, DRS reviews). Bets placed before a suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at acceptance.
• Disconnection Policy: In live casino games, if a player is disconnected mid-hand or mid-round due to internet failure, the platform will resolve the round according to the applicable game rules. 92r6 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

92r6 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG certificates are available on request from 92r6 support.

07 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 92r6 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time or near real time, depending on the payment method. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 92r6 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

Verification Requirements: 92r6 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Players are advised to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC where verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any deposit made to an account via a method that cannot receive withdrawals may be returned via an alternative agreed method, subject to verification.
• 92r6 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

92r6 offers various promotions, bonuses, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 92r6 promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonuses and associated winnings not claimed within this period will be removed from the account.

92r6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for personal, recreational use only.

09 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92r6 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform without written authorisation from 92r6.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the platform.

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 92r6 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 92r6.

92r6 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; 92r6 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

92r6 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from a breach of the conduct rules in Section 5.

13 Termination

92r6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• Being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform in violation of applicable local or international laws.
• Abusive behaviour directed at 92r6 staff or other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 92r6 support via live chat. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (subject to wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

92r6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92r6 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the 92r6 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and 92r6, you are encouraged to contact 92r6 support in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
